This probe cover is a must have addition to any machine tools using a Renishaw OTS tool setter. This shield can protect the probe from damage or due to chips or other debris. Tools up to 3/8" can be probed with the shield in place, and the shield can easily rotate out of the way for larger tools.
Installation is easy with 2 (included) 8-32 socket head bolts.
Made from tough thermoplastic which is UV, chemical, and heat resistant up to 200°F.
